In Classical Osteopathy, your entire body is assessed and treated every time you see your therapist. From your pelvis up to your head and down to your feet. Treatments are tailored to you and may be different each and every time. This is because functional changes made during one treatment will alter therapeutic findings as treatments progress and your body begins to return to homeostasis. Osteopathic treatments help balance the body's systems by restoring motion to relieve pain, improve mobility, and stimulate the body's ability to heal itself. It is based on the understanding that when one part doesn't work well, the others have to work harder.
